PTA meetings.

Secretary Moni Pandey
records the PTA Board meeting
minutes and keeps records of meeting materials.
Financial Secretary
Shubhra Upadhyay oversees all financial activity and
prepares monthly financial reports.
Treasurer
Heeson Lim reconciles
the PTA accounts, and prepares a report each month for the PTA
Board meeting.
Auditor Rochelle
Chu performs
an audit twice a year to ensure
the accuracy of the books and records of the financial officers
such as the treasury reports, checking account, budget and taxes.
Historian Geeta
Kondapalli maintains
documentation of Lincoln school events.
Parlimentarian
Jack Wong maintains
meeting protocols and is responsible for reviewing and updating
the PTA Bylaws.
